WHAT'S GOING ON?
Sunday School
We offer Sunday school classes from 9:30 - 10:30 am for both middle school and high school students.
High school students meet in the youth house bordering Young High Pike and middle school students meet in the youth house bordering Greenwood Avenue.
The focus of these classes is meaningful engagement with and understanding of God’s Word. After these classes, students go to the main church building and can participate in the 11:00 am worship service or serve in various ministries throughout our church.
Wednesday Night Deep Dive
Our Wednesday night scheduling has more of a traditional youth group feel. This night is for all middle school and high school students, and we meet at the middle school house from 6-8. During this time, our students will engage in fellowship, learning, and reflection on Biblical lessons that foster Biblical understanding and spiritual growth. The reason we call this "Deep Dive" is because the teaching of this night is focused on going deeper than just Bible stories, but learning to see all of scripture as a unified story that leads to Jesus.
Sunday Night Discipleship Group:
So you gave your life to Jesus--Now What?
Jesus had 12 disciples whom he taught how to build their belief and faith in him and to live their lives for him.
This year Michael & Heather Boschert are opening up their home to lead a Discipleship Group (D-Group) for 8th-12 Grade Students that want to build on their belief in Jesus and train in putting into practice the heart of Christ in their daily lives.
Sunday meetings will consist of food, lesson, and going deeper, where guys and gals will separate for discussion and prayer and mid-week communication to check-in and challenge.
By signing-up students are committing to meeting during the Fall Semester for 13 Weeks:
Aug 21st-Sept 25th, Oct 9th-23rd, Nov 6th, 13th, 27th, and Dec 4th.
The first meeting will be Sunday, August 21st and Sign-ups will remain open through Sunday, August 28th.
