We want to move from rows to circles and from circles to service, growing in our Up, In, and Out relationships. In a Small Group, you will discover the best way to live life is through Christ, with other Christians, on a mission.

Adults Serving As Shining Stars
Woodlawn's Shining Star Ministry exists to exalt Christ by addressing the spiritual, educational, social and physical interests and concerns of people 55 and better. We take our name from Philippians 2:14-16.

Our FOCUS is:
-
Fellowship: Building positive, fulfilling relationships through worship experiences and activities “that make our joy complete.” (1 John 1:1-4)
-
Outreach: Responding to people near and far as we share the love of Christ. (Acts 1:8)
-
Compassion: Reminding each individual of their value to God and the Church through spiritual, physical and emotional support. (Philippians 2:1-4)
-
Unity: Maintaining unity in the church family by “bearing with one another in love.” (Ephesians 4:2-3)
-
Service: Providing opportunities to serve Christ by serving others. (Ephesians 4:12)
