WCC STUDENTS
Welcome to WCC Students, our youth ministry for middle school and high school! The vision of our student ministry is that all students would be transformed into followers of Jesus Christ who live a disciple’s life. Our programs and events are designed to help lead our students towards this transformation.
Sunday School:
We offer Sunday school classes from 9:30 - 10:30 am for both middle school and high school students. High school students meet in the youth house bordering Young High Pike and middle school students meet in the youth house bordering Greenwood Avenue. The focus of these classes is meaningful engagement with and understanding of God’s Word. After these classes, students go to the main church building and can participate in the 11:00 am worship service or serve in various ministries throughout our church.
Sunday Night Youth Group:
Our Sunday night youth group takes place from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, with a built in time from 6:00-6:30 for parents to drop their students off. Our high school students meet at the high school house and our middle school students meet at our middle school house. During this time, our students will engage in times of fellowship, learning, and reflection on Biblical lessons that foster Biblical understanding and spiritual growth.
Wednesday Night Small Groups:
Our Wednesday night small groups take place from 6:30 - 8:00 pm, with a built in time from 6:30-6:45 for parents to drop their students off. Our high school students meet in the high school house and our middle school students meet in the middle school house. During this time, our students will engage in mid-week check-ins that allow for meaningful conversations that point back to the active role that God wants to have in each students life.
How to Get Connected:
On top of our weekly gatherings, we hold many events and go on numerous trips each year! To make sure that you have the latest info on what will be going on in WCC Students, be sure to register your student up for youth group on our events page! This will ensure that we have your latest contact info for emails, texts, and other ways of communicating important information!
